In my opinion, it’s never too early to start thinking about resolutions for the New year for yourself. But let’s be honest- Making list of resolutions on the paper will help you follow them??? would it be easy ???
😳 Don’t be trapped by the Dogma.. Don’t be a ROBOT, you have a life to live.. we have family, friends, work and we have to socialise. Start making list of resolutions is really easy task to do but keep following them would be a nightmare for most of us..
New years resolutions can range from the professional to the personal and everything in between. Each year we make resolutions on the things yet to accomplish.. Many of us has different resolution and the goals we set this year and continue to finish over next year..
Human Psychology expert says, Every human is different, we might look same physically but we all have mental differences.. and all of us have various small goals and mission in our life.
I have seen stories and praticed myself starting a GYM 5:00 AM everyday, not going to eat fast food/meat all month, finishing dinner before 8 or run 5 KM everyday, not smoking, not drinking, sleeping at 9-10pm, reading book everyday, write thousand words every single day, so on and so forth.. Everything in one day is it possible ?? we are Human not Robot. We have a life to live.
There are 100’s of different resolutions people make each year specially end of the year thinking will work really hard and follow them on a day to basis but hard to keep up. some of them are as follows:
Most common resolutions:
– Quitting Smoking
– Quitting Drinking
– Planning a diet
– Lose weight
Others resolutions could be:
– Starting a personal fitness goal.
– Starting a Professional goal
– Starting a financial goal (saving or Budgeting)
– Travelling goal
– Buying a New home
– Buying a new car
– Starting a new job
– Starting a new course
– Planning on YOGA
– Becoming Vegan
I have notiticed that no of people push really hard in the beginning of the year for few days or months as its a New Year’s resolutions..
Starting small might help.. 🙏
Important things start Today, don’t just wait for the new year to come.
When we decide to make some change for the things we are not happy about in our day to day life.. Don’t just become sick and tired of being sick and tired. If you need change START NOW. You can’t make it if you are a time traveller or living for tommorow. Give yourself as much practice as possible by starting today.Nobody is perfect- choose Progress over Perfection..
One of the biggest problems I have seen people take things emotionally when it comes to everything..Following your heart might help but take your brain with you 🙏

Be true to yourself and try one things at a time and do it wisely, you are not in a competition or running a RAT RACE..

– Lets Face it- leave toxic people in your life
– Dream Big and Work hard for it
– Be kind to yourlself, BE HAPPY

So, Plan something that you will really want to do for next year, start small and make resolutions that you can continue to follow. One at a time..😊
